Leader: ENEA - Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development
Within the Intelligent Energy Europe Request2Action project, eight European energy agencies and a research Institute are developing, coordinating and facilitating a widespread stakeholder consultation at regional and national level. They are the project keepers, bringing everything the project needs to make it a case study.
A permanent mechanism for Stakeholder involvement, comprising periodical or on-purpose working groups and engagement actions, is being created.
Request2Action partners will stir dialogue and stakeholder collaboration in providing specifications, relevant information and evaluation that are essential to guarantee effectiveness of the Request2Action outputs.
Through performing liaising actions and workshops with key Stakeholders, partners will also collect and disseminate international and national best practices to remove barriers to building renovation.
This part of the project leads the engagement of stakeholders in Hubs and in single data tools as a cross-cutting action of the project.
There will be an assessable process of stakeholder engagement in planning and evaluating the outputs produced and the potential benefits brought through some of the projects.
In total 173 stakeholders - comprising federations and representative bodies- are planned to be engaged within the project. The following figure shows the distribution per stakeholder type.
